Alex Swab
Director of Architecture and Engineering
Alex Swab brings over 30 years of enterprise IT experience to every engagement for AI Enterprise Tech Pros, with a career spanning Principal Enterprise Architect and Senior Engineering roles, including service as Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture at Kyndryl. His background includes a career built at Kyndryl, IBM, Verizon, and Raytheon, with additional experience at Baker Hughes, Intermedia Communications, and General Motors, and their respective predecessor organizations.
That experience spans the full lifecycle of enterprise technology, with system design, large-scale implementation, technical governance, and long-term strategic advisory, and with deep domain experience in financial services, healthcare, and energy technology. His approach centers on designing services solutions, systems solutions, and processes that are not only technically sound, but sustainable, secure, and aligned with an organization's long-term business goals.
Adam Gibbs
Director of Business Development
Adam Gibbs leads business development and channel partnerships for AI Enterprise Tech Pros, bringing six years of channel management experience from New Horizon Communications (NHC), where he built and managed partner relationships within the technology and telecommunications space.
His industry roots run deep. New Horizon Communications (NHC) was co-founded and led for 23 years by his father, Steve Gibbs, as President and COO, giving Adam Gibbs a firsthand, career-long perspective on the channel and partner ecosystem that AI Enterprise Tech Pros operates within today.

AI Enterprise Tech Pros operates under Boca Aqua Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company established in 2018. What began as a foundation for long-term technology and business planning has, in 2026, sharpened its focus into AI Enterprise Tech Pros as a dedicated technology consulting practice shaped by lessons learned over years of hands-on enterprise IT work.
This history means AI Enterprise Tech Pros reflects a deliberate, patient approach to technology consulting, grounded in real experience rather than trend-chasing.

Additional capabilities extend to Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America (including Brazil), the Caribbean, and Europe, through our provider and distribution partner network. Headquartered in Florida, our team accommodates meeting venues and site visits within our South Florida and Central Florida service area. Our providers may also accommodate meeting venues and site visits nationally and internationally, subject to availability and local requirements.
